Happy Halloween!



And So Fall Begins!


I must say that I absolutely love this time of year. After a long and harrowing summer, the approach of fall never fails to refresh me. Anyone who has ever lived in the south knows how draining those 113 heat index days are. Especially when coupled with our kind of humidity. So some cooler weather is most welcome. Besides, I'm fond of the flowers this time of year.


I hope you all have something amazing planned for Halloween! As for me, I suppose sitting by candlelight whilst reading Poe would be the appropriate thing for a writer to say. But that would leave me feeling a tad pretentious. So I'm going to have a horror movie marathon with my husband and stuff my face with junk food, instead. Introverts unite!


Also, gotta LOVE Halloween snacks. 


As to what I'm doing as a writer, I've been tapping away on my next book. It's the first of a science fiction trilogy and I'm really quite excited. My next romance is on hold as I explore this new realm. Huzzah!

It seems there are not enough hours in the day to feed my writing obsession the way it needs to be fed. Rest assured that progress is being made, though my other roles in life give me even less time to work. I am posting an update, however. I am on the final chapters of A Story For Ireland. I know it has been years, but I needed to adjust to my role as a mother. That was a pretty massive adjustment. Before motherhood, I was able to write a book in a year. Release Date: A Story For Ireland

Dear readers, I am so happy to report that the third and final book of The Broken Woman Cycle has been released! A Story for Ireland is now available as an e-book on Kindle. A paperback copy will also be available shortly if that is your preference. Thank you so much to everyone who took this journey with me. I may be done with this series, but keep your eyes open for more from me in the future. I may add a few novellas to  my romance series or even try out some Fantasy or Sci-Fi.
